Job summary

RecruitMyMom is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to drive regional revenue growth in Gauteng. This on-site role involves onboarding installers, electrical contractors, and commercial buyers with a 3-month fixed-term contract and travel across the region.

You will manage key accounts, conduct regular client visits, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, with uncapped commissions and vehicle/fuel allowances. A direct path to permanent placement awaits top performers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B external sales or business development.
• Experience in solar, electrical hardware, renewable energy, or technical distribution is advantageous.
• Must have valid South African Driver’s License and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Account development & acquisition across Gauteng.
• Manage key accounts to drive repeat business and growth.
• Conduct regular in-person client visits and provide product updates.
• Manage sales pipeline to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and ensure momentum.
