RecruitMyMom is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive revenue growth across Gauteng. You will manage the full sales journey from inquiry through quotation, negotiation, and closing, while building long-term commercial relationships across events, hospitality, corporate, sporting, and construction sectors.

The role requires Matric, 3–5 years of B2B/B2C sales, a valid driver’s licence, and willingness to travel.

Qualificações

• Matric is the minimum educational requirement.
• 3–5 years of proven B2B/B2C sales experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
• Willingness to travel throughout Gauteng.
• Experience selling project-based solutions within events/related industries.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, pursue and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities in Gauteng.
• Develop and sustain relationships with event organisers, venues and corporate clients.
• Conduct client visits, sales meetings, presentations and site visits.
• Take ownership of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes from inquiry to deal closure.
• Prepare proposals with pricing and terms in line with margins.
• Maintain complete client, lead and pipeline records in BITRIX CRM.
• Provide bi-weekly sales reporting and forecasts.
