Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in operations management or business operations, ideally in industrial sectors.
• Data analysis, process improvement and project management experience.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial management and P&L responsibility.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and relevant operational software.
• Experience in hybrid work environments balancing office and remote duties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional operational plans to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a team of operational staff with performance feedback.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control and regional resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations and company policies.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and production to align business strategies.
• Manage key projects from inception to completion.
• Present regular operational performance reports to senior management.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and local authorities.
