Placements24 is seeking a Regional Retail Operations Manager to oversee stores in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. You will drive operational excellence, manage P&L performance, and ensure consistent brand standards across locations.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team of store managers, implement regional strategies, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Marketing, HR, and Supply Chain to achieve growth. Regular travel within the KwaZulu-Natal region is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' progressive retail management experience, incl. 3 years in regional/multi-unit roles.
• Proven track record of managing P&Ls and driving financial results.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Ability to travel regularly within KwaZulu-Natal and to HQ.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
