Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Regional Retail Operations Manager to oversee the Durban, KwaZulu-Natal region. You will lead store performance, implement efficiency strategies, and drive profitability across multiple locations.

The role requires 7+ years in retail operations with regional experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of financial metrics and inventory control. Travel within the region and to HQ is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in retail operations management, including regional/multi-store oversight.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
