Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in retail sales leadership, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth while expanding market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-adjacent field required; MBA preferred.
• At least 8 years in sales with 5+ years in leadership within retail.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Bloemfontein region.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a retail sales team to hit targets.
• Identify and secure new business with key retail partners.
• Analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Oversee end-to-end sales process and provide regular forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing/product teams to align objectives.
