Placements24 is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee Western Cape retail operations in a hybrid setting. You will lead multiple outlets, shape regional strategies, and ensure exceptional customer service while driving profitability.

You will manage budgets, coach senior teams, and collaborate with marketing and supply chain to optimize performance across the region. This role demands strong leadership and a strategic mindset in a dynamic retail environment.

Competenze

• Over 10 years of experience in retail operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple sites.
• Demonstrated experience in managing P&L, budgets, and driving revenue growth in a competitive retail environment.
• Strong understanding of retail best practices, supply chain management, and customer service principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in retail management software and data analysis tools.
• Ability to travel within the region as needed for hybrid work model.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Reside in or near Cape Town to facilitate hybrid work model.
