• Lead, mentor and develop regional and store managers for high performance.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor KPIs such as sales, footfall, conversion, and stock.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and build loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with policies and retail regulations.
