Job summary

ZEDA Limited is seeking a dedicated Training Facilitator to deliver learning interventions across the organisation. You will assess needs, design content, and deliver engaging sessions to meet strategic objectives.

Work closely with business units and Human Capital to align development plans, measure outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Travel between regions may be required; overtime may be needed from time to time.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in training or education.
• Experience in leasing and Rent-a-Car operations.
• Ability to plan, develop and evaluate training programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify training gaps.
• Design and develop engaging training programs aligned to business needs.
• Facilitate training sessions and evaluate learner outcomes.
• Maintain training records, coordinate administration and assessments.
• Report training progress to managers and align with development plans.
