Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field; ETDP accreditation is essential.
• Maintain professional knowledge through publications, networks and benchmarking.
• Accredited Moderator and Accredited Assessor accreditation are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver face-to-face and virtual learning sessions and short courses.
• Assess learner needs and adapt methods to maximise understanding.
• Provide feedback on participant activity and learning transfer.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure learning is delivered effectively.
• Design and maintain learning content and resources.
• Manage learning room operations and ensure equipment readiness.
• Lead end-to-end leadership development initiatives.
