Placements24 is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design and implement training programs in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. The role focuses on enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and performance to support organizational growth.

You will identify training needs, develop engaging content, and facilitate learning across levels. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in L&D, strong instructional design and facilitation skills, and proficiency with LMS/e-learning tools.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, training design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and facilitation.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and various training methodologies.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, or a related field is required.
