Job summary

Clicks Group Limited in Pretoria seeks a Learning & Development professional to coordinate and deliver training at the Centurion site, while supporting other sites as needed. You will develop materials, facilitate sessions, and assess learner capability.

The role involves analyzing training needs, tailoring content, maintaining records, and supporting audits and compliance. Travel between sites and collaboration with operations will drive capability across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Learning & Development or Training.
• Experience facilitating operational or technical training.
• Experience in training material development and training coordination.
• Experience conducting training needs analysis.
• Distribution Centre, Retail, Logistics, or Operational environment experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training interventions aligned to learning plans and business requirements.
• Deliver technical, operational, leadership, onboarding, and compliance-related training.
• Ensure effective learner engagement and participation during training sessions.
• Adapt facilitation methods to suit operational and learner needs.
• Conduct practical assessments and evaluations where required.
