Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience focusing on talent acquisition and employee development.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in a multi-site or regional environment.
• Excellent knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment software.
• Experience in Mahikeng or North West province advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Design and deliver employee development programs, training initiatives, and career pathing frameworks.
• Foster a positive employee relations environment and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business needs and legal requirements.
• Manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of HR services.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic interventions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop workforce planning strategies.
