Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience with at least 4 years in Talent Development and Performance Management.
• Proven track record designing talent management and leadership development programs.
• In‑depth knowledge of performance management methodologies, competency frameworks, and succession planning.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to measure program effectiveness.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain is advantageous.
• Proficiency in LMS and HRIS.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy, including leadership development, skills training, and career pathing.
• Oversee the performance management cycle, ensuring its effectiveness in driving employee performance and development.
• Design and implement frameworks for competency assessment and gap analysis.
• Manage succession planning processes to identify and develop future leaders.
• Partner with business units to understand their talent needs and develop tailored development solutions.
• Oversee the design and delivery of training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
• Measure the effectiveness of talent development and performance initiatives and report on ROI.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and feedback throughout the organization.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent management and development.
