Placements24 seeks a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a fully remote team serving the South African market. You will build and manage client relationships, source and assess top talent, and drive successful placements across industries from your home office.

You will lead the full recruitment lifecycle, leveraging advanced sourcing tools and ATS platforms while delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a recruitment consultancy role.
• Demonstrable success in business development and client relationship management.
• Exceptional interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Proficiency with various recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and sourcing tools.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a recruitment consultancy role, with a strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle. Demonstrable success in business development and client relationship management. Exceptional interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Proficiency in using various recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and sourcing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong negotiation and influencing abilities. Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. A proactive and tenacious approach to problem-solving and achieving targets. Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is advantageous. Must be based in South Africa and eligible to work remotely from **Mahikeng, North West, ZA** or any other location within South Africa.
