Placements24 is seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join a fully remote team. Based near Paarl, Western Cape, you will fuel the candidate pipeline by sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across diverse client requirements. Work closely with consultants to match profiles and ensure timely placements.

You will manage candidate data in the CRM/ATS, stay informed on hiring trends, and thrive in a collaborative virtual environment with strong growth potential.
