Placements24 is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Welkom-based team, responsible for connecting talented professionals with local career opportunities in the Free State. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from briefing to onboarding, while building lasting client and candidate relationships.

The role requires proven recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities to meet placement targets and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role within a recruitment agency.
• Solid understanding of the recruitment process and best practices in candidate sourcing and engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients.
