Placements24 in Tembisa is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles and build strong client relationships. You will identify new prospects, drive business development, and work within a fast-paced, target-driven environment in Gauteng.

Based in a vibrant community, you will source, screen, and interview candidates, conduct market research, and facilitate offers while maintaining CRM records to support growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or recruitment, preferably in a consultancy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects.
• Strong candidate sourcing knowledge via job boards, social media, networking.
