Placements24 is recruiting a proactive Recruitment Consultant for their Soweto, Gauteng team. This role supports a hybrid work model, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment across diverse industries, sourcing and interviewing candidates, building relationships with hiring managers, and driving a strong placement pipeline.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably in a generalist capacity.
• Proven ability to source and attract candidates for various roles.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and online job boards.
• A relevant qualification or degree is beneficial.
