Job summary

Berzel Chafa in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of positions. The successful candidate will be hands-on in their approach, taking ownership of vacancies from initial briefing through to offer acceptance and onboarding support.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, source candidates through multiple channels, conduct screening calls and competency-based interviews, and build talent pipelines

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5+ years' recruitment experience managing vacancies end-to-end.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates directly through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong experience recruiting across various levels and disciplines.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and deliver targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reference checks and assist with offer management.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reporting.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
