You’ll be trained by the Senior Recruitment Manager, but you’ll own your outcomes, learn fast, and bring strong judgment to spotting talent that fits our culture and values. This role offers a fast-paced environment, opportunities to grow into running end-to-end

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (high-volume/BPO experience an advantage).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable using recruitment platforms, digital assessments, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Recruitment Manager in bulk hiring of quality candidates for campaign and volume-based roles.
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
• Screen CVs and conduct telephonic/video pre-assessments.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback.
• Assist with onboarding documentation, contracts, and recruitment compliance.
• Use recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and digital assessments to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Track candidate pipelines, update recruitment dashboards, and support reporting.
• Proactively suggest ways to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
