Job summary

iLaunch (Pty) Ltd in South Africa is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for generalist vacancies across technology and digital profiles. You will proactively source scarce skills on LinkedIn, networks, and via AI-powered tools, build and nurture candidate pipelines, and partner with clients and hiring managers in a consultative capacity.

• 6+ years of experience as a Senior Recruitment in a Generalist role.
• Strong understanding of software development, infrastructure, and digital profiles.
• Comfortable using AI-powered recruitment tools and platforms to enhance sourcing, screening, and hiring decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to work consultatively and provide strategic recruitment advice.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
