As aRecruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing andsecuring high-quality talent across the Company. You will partner closely with hiringmanagers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs, provide marketinsight and manage the recruitment process from sourcing through to appointmentand onboarding.
This roleis ideally suited to an experienced recruiter who enjoys building strongrelationships, working at pace and finding the right talent to support businessgrowth.
- Manage the end-to-endrecruitment process for assigned vacancies.
- Partner with hiring managers tounderstand business requirements and develop appropriate sourcingstrategies.
- Source, screen and assesscandidates across a variety of roles.
- Build and maintain talentpipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
- Coordinate interviews,candidate feedback, reference checks and pre-employment vetting.
- Support offer management andmaintain candidate engagement through to appointment and onboarding.
- Build strong relationships withhiring managers and act as a trusted recruitment partner.
- Provide market insights ontalent availability, remuneration trends and recruitment challenges.
- Maintain accurate recruitmentrecords and provide recruitment reporting and updates.
- Ensure recruitment practicesremain fair, consistent and aligned with applicable legislation, policiesand employment equity objectives.
- Identify opportunities toimprove recruitment processes, candidate experience and sourcingeffectiveness.
- Contribute toemployer-branding, talent-attraction and broader HR initiatives.
- Develop networks within theproperty sector and participate in relevant recruitment and industryengagements where required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma inHuman Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 4–5 years' relevant recruitmentexperience, ideally gained through a combination of recruitment agency andin-house corporate recruitment experience.
- Experience within the propertyindustry, or experience sourcing and recruiting for property-relatedroles, would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding ofend-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience sourcing candidatesthrough job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals andother channels.
- Excellent communication,interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build crediblerelationships with candidates, hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skillsand the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
- Experience using recruitmentsystems, applicant tracking systems and digital sourcing tools.
- Sound understanding of relevantemployment legislation, employment equity principles and recruitmentcompliance.
- Knowledge of the propertyindustry and its talent market would be advantageous.
