Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the assigned real estate portfolio to maximize returns and asset value.
• Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and capital improvements.
• Manage financial performance of the portfolio, including budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Conduct regular property inspections and performance reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and lease agreements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor property management teams to ensure high levels of performance and service.
• Identify and assess market opportunities and risks relevant to the portfolio.
• Prepare and present regular portfolio performance reports to senior management and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or relevant professional certification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate portfolio management, property management, or asset management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing diverse real estate portfolios and achieving financial objectives.
