Placements24 is assisting a prominent real estate agency in George to recruit a client-focused Real Estate Agent. You will market residential properties, conduct viewings, advise clients on values and market trends, and negotiate closings.

Build lasting client relationships and generate leads through networking and open houses. The role requires Matric, EAAB FFC, and proven sales experience with a local market understanding of George and the Western Cape.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate required; NQF4 Real Estate qualification desirable.
• Valid EAAB Fidelity Fund Certificate mandatory.
• Proven experience in real estate or direct sales with client relationship focus.

About the Role

This role is centered on assisting clients with the buying and selling of residential properties in this sought-after coastal region. You will leverage your local market knowledge, sales expertise, and exceptional interpersonal skills to guide clients through every step of the real estate transaction. Key Responsibilities

• Actively market and list residential properties for sale.
• Conduct property viewings and provide comprehensive information to prospective buyers.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

• Manage administrative tasks, including contracts, disclosures, and follow-ups.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the agency.

Requirements

• A Matric certificate is required; a relevant tertiary qualification or NQF level 4 qualification in Real Estate is highly desirable.
• A valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) from the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a direct sales role with a focus on client relationship management.
• In-depth knowledge of the residential property market in George and the surrounding Western Cape coastal areas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in using real estate CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential for client meetings and property showings.
