Job summary

You will analyze RAN metrics, troubleshoot interference and capacity issues, develop optimization strategies, and collaborate with planning and operations to deliver superior user experience and network efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in RAN performance analysis and optimization.
- Strong understanding of LTE, NR (5G), UMTS, and GSM.
- Experience with RAN performance analysis tools (TEMS, Nemo, Actix, WindCatcher).
- Proficient in Python and SQL for data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report RAN performance metrics and KPIs.
- Identify degradations and bottlenecks in RAN.
- Troubleshoot RAN issues including interference and call drops.
- Develop optimization strategies to improve network performance.
- Conduct drive tests and post-processing analysis.
- Collaborate with planning and operations to implement solutions.
- Stay updated on latest RAN tech and vendor updates.
- Prepare detailed performance reports for management.
- Develop scripts/tools for automated data collection.
- Participate in capacity planning for RAN resources.
