Sibanye Stillwater seeks a Mining Training Facilitator to address skills gaps and prove competency in line with business needs. You will coordinate and deliver mining training programmes across operations to enhance safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include sourcing training resources, maintaining learner progress reports, and supporting cost-saving initiatives while aligning with QCTO, SETA, and ISO standards to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
• Clear security screening record.
• NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate for Adults).
• At least 2 years mining experience in a specialized role.

Responsabilités

• Stakeholder relations and building relationships across the organisation and externally.
• Sourcing, contracting and negotiating with service providers while upholding a values-based culture.
• Support implementation of segment development plans; contribute to culture assessment and ESG compliance.
• Align to international responsible mining principles and RGMPs.
• Maintain SHE standards and participate in risk assessments and action on risks.
• Provide level 1–2 mining interventions to assure QA against learning materials.
• Assist with cost-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs.
• Compile training learners progress reports (daily, weekly).
• Ensure compliance with QCTO, SETA, and QMS ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.

• Facilitate the provision of level 1- 2 mining interventions to ensure Quality Assurance in line with approved learning material to the improve competency levels within the organisation.
• Participate in QCTO, SETA and QMS (ISO9001:2015) accreditation requirements to ensure compliance.
• Ensure adherence and compliance with legal requirements to support organisation's code of conduct, corporate governance and ethics guidelines.
• Compile Technical Training Learners progress Reports (daily, weekly)
• Assist with cost saving initiatives to reduce operational costs.
