Sibanye Stillwater requires personnel to execute daily training-related duties, ensuring practical skills delivery and competency alignment with business needs. The role focuses on SHE compliance, QMS adherence, and driving cost-saving initiatives across departments.

Responsibilities include facilitating training, maintaining documentation, and supporting organisational development within the site’s HRD framework. Strong safety and quality focus is essential across Gold and PGM operations.

Competenze

• NQF 4 qualification (Grade 12) or equivalent with relevant experience.
• ETDP OD Level 3/4 and/or Assessor/Moderator certifications are preferred.
• Internal/External HRD related qualifications may apply.

• 2 years mining experience with a minimum of 6 months as a miner.
• Blasting certificate.
• NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate for Adults)

• 2 years HRD experience.

Requirements

• NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 or equivalent)
• At least 2 years' experience in a related role.
• Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
• Clear security screening record.

Key Responsibilities

• SHE Compliance & Quality Management Systems
• Maintain and comply with SHE standards within the work environment.
• Participate in risk assessments and investigate and take appropriate action as per identified risks.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Approve department's documents.
• Comply with requirements of the Quality Management System.
• Technical Training Management
• Assisting in providing and facilitating training, materials, practices, methodology and procedures to the improve competency levels within the organisation
• Implementing QCTO, MQA and QMS (ISO9001:2015) accreditation to ensure compliance.
• Assisting in compiling learner progress Reports (daily, weekly & monthly).
• Assisting with cost saving initiatives to reduce operational costs.
