You will drive property performance, minimize vacancies, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with a growing assets team in the North West region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in property management or portfolio management.
• Experience across residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Strong lease agreements, tenant relations, and property maintenance knowledge.
• Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting and reporting.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the North West region are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring high tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee lease administration, including renewals, rent collection, and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
• Prepare regular financial reports, including budgets, variance analyses, and performance reviews for Rustenburg properties.
• Identify opportunities for property enhancement and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies related to property management.
