Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role within the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, including tenant relations, rent collection, and lease enforcement.
• Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring properties are well-maintained.
• Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and ensure compliance with lease terms and safety regulations.
• Source and screen potential tenants, conduct background checks, and finalize lease agreements.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and resolve disputes promptly and professionally.
