Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse mix of residential and commercial properties in Klerksdorp, North West. You will manage leases, rents, maintenance, and tenant relations while coordinating with owners and service providers to maximize value.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of property law, budgeting, and financial reporting, with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management, preferably as a Portfolio Manager.
• Strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws and property regulations.
• Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection oversight.
• Experience with maintenance, repairs, and contractor management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Knowledge of the Klerksdorp property market is advantageous.
