Placements24 is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail and office properties in Rustenburg, North West. The role focuses on maximizing property performance, tenant satisfaction, and financial results.

You will lead day-to-day operations, manage leases, coordinate maintenance, and deliver regular performance reports while building strong tenant and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years of demonstrable experience in commercial property management.
• Experience in budgets, lease negotiation, and operations oversight.
• Knowledge of property maintenance, building systems, and relevant legislation.
• Excellent tenant relations and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of commercial properties and facilities.
• Develop annual operating budgets and capex plans.
• Oversee lease administration and rent collection.
• Coordinate maintenance and capital improvement projects.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and aesthetics.
