The role requires a strong background in property management, financial analysis, and stakeholder management, with the ability to manage multiple properties and deliver performance reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years in real estate portfolio/property/asset management.
• Proven track record of managing diverse real estate portfolios.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with Klerksdorp real estate market is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic asset management plans to maximize value and ROI.
• Oversee leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and capital improvements.
