The role requires strong financial acumen, experience with lease administration, and proficiency in property software; you will lead budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses while coordinating with vendors and driving growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial property management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing commercial property portfolios.
• Strong understanding of lease agreements, tenant relations, and property operations.
• Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management and operational aspects of a diverse commercial property portfolio.
• Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to optimize occupancy rates and rental income.
• Manage tenant relationships, address concerns, and ensure lease obligations are met by all parties.
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and performance analysis for each asset in the portfolio.
• Conduct regular property inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Source and manage relationships with third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant property laws, regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the commercial property portfolio.
