Qualifications

• 3+ years in an operations, office management, or business administration role with end-to-end process ownership.
• Strong ability to analyse workflows and translate requirements into system rules.
• Exceptional numerical accuracy for deposits and reconciliations.
• Excellent written English and ability to work with CRMs, spreadsheets, and messaging tools.
• Highly organized generalist capable of managing multiple moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end tenant application pipelines, document verification, credit checks, lease generation, and deposit reconciliation.
• Manage lead allocation, track letting agent performance, and ensure rapid response times across viewings.
• Triage escalated tenant queries and maintain knowledge bases for automated communication channels.
• Coordinate unit transfers, move-out inspections, parking registers, and dispute resolutions with live-in teams.
• Own monthly property software loading lists (leases, transfers, fees) and reconcile weekly pricing and vacancies.
• Lead power-user for custom operational software; define workflow specs, test updates, and drive process improvements.
• Support the MD by holding site staff and suppliers accountable to performance standards.
