Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale residential properties and driving financial performance in the Western Cape real estate market.
• In-depth knowledge of South African property legislation, leasing practices, and market trends in Cape Town.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the residential property portfolio to achieve maximum rental income and asset appreciation.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the residential portfolio, including leasing, tenant management, maintenance, and renovations across properties in Cape Town.
• Manage a team of property managers and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct regular property inspections and drive initiatives to enhance property condition, tenant satisfaction, and curb appeal.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for the portfolio, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant South African property laws, regulations, and landlord-tenant agreements.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for maximizing the value and performance of the company's residential real estate assets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of property management, market dynamics, financial oversight, and tenant relations within the South African context. You will lead a team of property managers, driving operational excellence and strategic growth.
