Brights in South Africa seeks a Stock Administrator to support procurement by processing reports and maintaining stock records. The role involves printing and managing reports, updating barcodes, and ensuring accurate stock levels across branches.

Responsibilities

• Create new codes for new listing items
• Print reorder reports to assist buyers in stock ordering
• Print automatic transfer requests to top up branch stock levels
• Print department listings
• Load barcodes on the system
• Print dormant stock reports to track returns to suppliers
• Print excess stock reports
• Load product dimensions/weights for online store
• Print stock shrinkage reports for buyers to monitor losses
• Print all orders for receiving department to ensure correct stock receipt
• Process price updates when supplier prices change
• Take minutes for Buyers monthly meetings
• Housekeeping of work area
• Perform any delegated tasks by supervisor
