Time Personnel in Gauteng is seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Administrator to support local purchase orders, data entry, and inter-branch stock movements. The role requires accuracy, reliability and the ability to work within a team.

You will use SYSPRO and Excel to manage orders, stock updates and reporting, contributing to inventory control and timely supplier communication. A strong administrative mindset and proactive collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• 1-3 years' experience in administration, procurement, logistics or a similar role.
• Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics or Procurement is advantageous.
• Experience with SYSPRO or any ERP system.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Eager to learn and develop within the Supply Chain environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Place and capture local buyout orders
• Capture local and import purchase orders in SYSPRO and send them to suppliers
• Book local and imported goods received in SYSPRO
• Follow up outstanding supplier orders and communicate updates to the sales team
• Process daily branch stock transfers
• Maintain and update default bin locations
• Capture replenishment reports in SYSPRO
• Assist with inventory administration and stock control
• Assist with annual stock take planning and execution
• Arrange inter-branch stock transfers requested by Sales
• Support the Supply Chain Manager with day-to-day operational activities
• Assist with general administrative duties within the department
• Provide support to other departments when required
