Job summary

Brights is seeking a diligent stock/administration staff member to ensure service standards and accurate invoice checks. You will reconcile invoices, transfers, and delivery notes, support perpetual stocktakes, and report discrepancies to management.

The role requires matric or equivalent credits, a security grade C, and 2 years in a similar role. Strong interpersonal and customer skills are essential, with the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Matric or 120 credits via Intercept courses.
• Grade C in security.
• 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Brights Induction (Service excellence).
• Internal procedural knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile invoice/cash slip by counting and measuring with goods.
• Reconcile transfer slips by counting and measuring with goods.
• Reconcile delivery notes by counting and measuring with goods.
• Upkeep of error report book.
• Report discrepancies to Management.
• Participate in perpetual stocktakes.
• Ensure housekeeping of work area according to company standards.
• Perform any work related tasks as delegated by Superior.
