Pro Talent is seeking a proactive Buyer and Creditors Clerk to join our team in KwaZulu-Natal. The role combines procurement duties with creditors administration, requiring strong organization and attention to detail.

You will handle RFQs, source supplier quotes, prepare POs, and manage supplier documentation to support timely deliveries. Experience in procurement and creditors is highly valued, with potential preference for ISO 9001 experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in buying, procurement and creditors.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsabilités

• Receive and process client requests for quotations (RFQs).
• Source quotations from suppliers and manufacturers.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain and update the supplier database.
• Request and manage supplier documentation, including BEE certificates and affidavits.
• Assist with supplier payment processing.
• Follow ISO 9001 quality management procedures.
• Manufacturing experience will prove advantageous.
