You will negotiate with suppliers, maintain records, and collaborate with internal departments to meet timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using purchasing software and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a demanding setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the purchase order process, from requisition approval to vendor confirmation and delivery tracking.
• Source and evaluate potential suppliers, obtaining quotes and ensuring competitive pricing and quality.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal value and ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, including contracts, invoices, and supplier performance data.
