Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Engineer specializing in Process Analysis to join their Paarl operations. You will collect and analyze data, map processes, and propose data-driven improvements to enhance efficiency and output.

Collaborating with production and management, you will drive Lean initiatives, monitor impact, and contribute to operational excellence across the facility in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in industrial engineering or process analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis and software such as Excel and Minitab.
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing and operational processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Utilize statistical tools to collect, interpret, and present data related to process performance.
• Develop process maps and flowcharts to illustrate workflows.
• Collaborate with production staff and management to implement changes.
• Monitor impact of changes and provide feedback for refinement.
• Support Lean Manufacturing principles throughout the facility.
