You will partner with operators and supervisors to drive process improvements and troubleshoot issues in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years in production/manufacturing engineering.
• Familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and shop-floor execution skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Implement and refine production processes using Lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste and increase throughput.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for all production activities.
• Provide technical support and resolve operational challenges on the shop floor in real time.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure products meet standards and specs.
• Participate in design and implementation of new equipment or process upgrades.
