Placements24 is seeking a proactive Industrial Process Engineer to boost production efficiency at their Cape Town facility. You will analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks and implement strategic solutions to optimize operations, combining on-site collaboration with data-driven analysis to drive cost reduction and quality improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
- Proven experience in process improvement, efficiency optimization, or manufacturing engineering.
- Strong Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge; certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in process mapping, CAD software, and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements using Lean/Six Sigma.
- Design and implement new process layouts and workflows to maximize output and minimize handling.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and control plans.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure quality standards.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workforce utilization.
- Evaluate new technologies or equipment to enhance capabilities and safety.
