Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Business Process Consultant for our client in Centurion, Gauteng. You will analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design streamlined processes aligned with strategic objectives to boost efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities include mapping processes, analyzing performance, designing future-state processes, and leading implementation with operational teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years in business process analysis, re-engineering or operational improvement.
• Proficiency in process mapping software and data analysis techniques.
• Strong Lean Six Sigma understanding.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Map current processes using standard methods (e.g., BPMN).
• Analyze performance, identify inefficiencies and quantify improvements.
• Design optimized future-state processes emphasizing simplification and automation.
• Develop implementation plans and collaborate with operational teams.
• Train staff on new processes and ensure adoption.
• Monitor processes for sustained performance and continuous improvement.
