Responsibilities include mapping current and future state processes, developing standardized work, leading Kaizen events, conducting root-cause analysis, and training staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in process engineering or continuous improvement.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience; Green/Black Belt a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Map current state processes and design future state processes.
• Develop standardized work procedures and training materials.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor process performance with statistical analysis and quality tools.
• Lead cross-functional Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
