Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Management Consultant with a specialization in operations to join their client’s team in Tembisa. You will dive into client operational frameworks, identify inefficiencies, and design practical solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in operational consulting or a similar role focused on process improvement.
Proficiency in analyzing complex operational data and developing data-driven solutions.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other relevant operational methodologies.
Excellent project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing business processes and operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for enhancement.
Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain management, logistics, and manufacturing efficiency.
Collaborate with client teams to redesign workflows and implement new operational procedures.
