The role emphasizes lean and Six Sigma methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering tangible operational performance gains for diverse client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or operational consulting.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma; certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client operational processes and identify bottlenecks to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Design and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence frameworks.
• Develop process maps and dashboards to track performance.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams.
• Manage project deliverables ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate operational changes.
