Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Management Consultant specialized in Business Process Optimization to join our East London team. You will analyze client processes, identify inefficiencies, and design practical solutions to boost productivity and reduce costs, delivering measurable improvements for Eastern Cape clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in business process improvement, operations consulting, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience supporting clients in East London.

Responsibilities

• Map, analyze, and evaluate current business processes to identify performance gaps and inefficiencies.
• Develop detailed recommendations for process redesign, automation, and standardization.
• Implement process improvements using Lean or Six Sigma.
• Create and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure client buy-in and successful adoption of new processes.
