Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a specialized Management Consultant focused on Operations to be based in Rustenburg. You will diagnose bottlenecks, design streamlined processes, and drive sustainable improvements for clients in the region.

Key responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing supply chain, logistics, and production, implementing lean or Six Sigma methods, and guiding the deployment of new operating models. Collaboration with diverse client teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or operational consulting.
• Extensive knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methods.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize client operational processes across supply chain, logistics, and production.
• Implement lean manufacturing or Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Develop and oversee implementation of new operational strategies and systems.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Train client personnel on new procedures and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to boost performance.
